What was the highlight of UNA HOTELS Capotaormina
An exceptional hotel with beautiful amenities
The size of the room, views exceptional, staff at all on property locations was really great in particular front desk, pool areas, breakfast wait staff, food excellent and happy hour setting the best! The outdoor areas offer so many options to be with others or remain peacefully content to have solitude. The ability to swim every day in cool clear water was wonderful as long as you swim early due to sightseeing boats. Walking to Naxos or Isola Bella to take the stairs to Taormina gave us options to enjoy nearby seaside resorts. Elena from the gift shop was wonderful. Overall a memorable and wonderful experience. A bonus was a seagull who was nesting with a little one! Oh also - excellent valet parking staff!
The only things I could think of was: - offer a menu beside sandwiches between 5:30 and 7:00 pm. We wanted a hamburger but had to leave the property to get one unless We waited till after 7pm. - offer replenishment of complimentary water daily - better signage outside elevators to designate floors to eating areas and pools - directions on how to work heating and air condition in rooms These items would not change on our return to the property!

The Perfect Stay
Location and views are unreal at this hotel, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Explain everthing clearly regarding hotel. There beautiful pool and amazing private beach. Food was incredible. Highly recommend. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you

Wonderful
Breakfast was amazing, free shuttle was appreciated
Not enough free water in rooms, considering it was recommended not to drink the water from the tap. Then expecting us to pay for water. Shuttles should run more often between 11 and 4 coming back
